Helmsley Design Statement
A committee was formed to put together a Design Statement for Helmsley. This was done in consultation with the North York Moors National Park Authority planning officers and Ryedale District Council planners.
Questionnaires were sent out to all the residents and businesses in the town.The children and youth groups also gave their opinions about the town.
