Helmsley Town Council Meetings are held in the Commmittee Room of the National Park Offices on Bondgate. Entrance is at the back by the rear car park.
Additional Planning Meetings are usually held in the Town Council Office.
All meetings are open to the public and press. One of the opening agenda items is public comments. If you have a question in mind it would help the council to answer it on the night if you let the clerk know a few days beforehand please. If a group is attending, please choose a representative to address the council.

Please report it to NYCC Customer Services via email - firstname.lastname@example.org or via the NYCC online portal http://www.northyorks.gov.uk/…/Report-a-street-light-problem. If the light is not on the online portal it belongs to Helmsley Town Council (numbers on white background) rather than NYCC (numbers on yellow background) and can be reported to the NYCC email address or email@example.com Lights are normally fixed within 7 days.
Helmsley Town Council is seeking quotes by noon on the 26th February 2018 for the conversion of its decorative/heritage streetlights to LED. Please contact the clerk for the full details.
